A path guided by a single vision of health
My naturopathy studies taught me to see health as an all-round balance, unique to each person. Each person’s constitution, physical, psychological, functional and metabolic, needs to be taken into account to understand what can support or undermine that balance.
Each of us is unique, and we all have different needs. That is naturally what led me to go deeper into nutrition. Food is one of the body’s essential resources: it nourishes us, contributes to our balance and is an integral part of how we live. Understanding what you eat and finding a way of eating that suits your needs is therefore a real tool for health and independence.
Then came yoga, as a new way of pursuing that same approach. I discovered a practice that links body, breath and attention, and that has a very practical place in everyday life.
So I trained as a yoga teacher, to bring this tool into my approach and offer another way of looking after your health, knowing your body better and cultivating your balance day by day.
In the end, these different paths pursue the same goal: to give each person the keys they need to understand how their body works, make informed choices and become more independent in the way they look after themselves.
A complementary approach
These forms of support are part of an approach based on prevention, wellbeing and guidance, alongside other treatments.
They are no substitute for seeing a doctor. They work alongside medical care, never instead of it.
