A deep sound experience
The vibrations of the gongs, the Tibetan singing bowls, the crystal bowls and the many other instruments used during the session create an immersive sound experience that gradually invites release.
Settled comfortably, eyes closed, you step away for 1 h 15 from the demands and stimuli of everyday life. The sounds, vibrations and resonances draw your attention to your sensations, help you slow down and gradually let body and mind relax.
The sound journey offers a real pause. You listen, you feel, you breathe and you let it happen.
This experience can help release tension, bring calm and a sense of inner peace. It also lets you come back to your bodily sensations and recover some mental space.
The concrete benefits of this practice

- Relief from stress and mental agitation
- A reduction in physical and nervous tension
- A greater sense of presence and of being in touch with yourself
- A return to calm and a feeling of inner peace
- More mental space and better concentration

- A feeling of lightness and overall wellbeing
- For some people, more peaceful sleep
More than a moment of relaxation, the sound journey offers a space where you can slow down, switch off from outside demands and come fully back to your sensations.
What happens
During the sound journey, the sounds are not only heard: they are also perceived and felt in the body. The vibrations, the resonances and the different frequencies create a sensory experience that holds your attention and gradually invites you to slow down.
Little by little, attention turns away from outside demands. Breathing naturally deepens, tension eases, and the mind grows quieter.
There is no need to try to relax or to “let go”. The sound simply becomes an anchor, helping you stay with your sensations and letting the body gradually find its own rhythm.
Some people stay fully awake, others drift towards drowsiness or fall asleep for a few moments. Everyone experiences the sound journey in their own way.
How does a session work?
- Arrival: you choose your spot and settle in comfortably.
- Guided breathing: a few minutes to settle and gradually leave the demands of daily life behind you.
- The sound journey: lying down comfortably, you let yourself be carried by the sounds, vibrations and resonances of the instruments. There is nothing for you to do.
- The return: the session ends gradually, taking the time to come back to yourself. If you wish, there is time afterwards to share what you felt.
When it helps
The sound journey can be particularly helpful when you feel the need to:
- Calm stress and mental overload
- Sleep more peacefully
- Release physical and mental tension
- Recover after an intense or busy period
- Take a real break, with no effort and nothing to prove
- Regain calm and mental space
- Reconnect with your sensations and your body
- Discover another way to meditate and centre yourself
- Give yourself a time of recovery and wellbeing
No particular technique is needed: you settle in comfortably, you listen and you let the experience unfold.
