This page explains what personal data is processed through this website, why, and what your rights are. The details of the data controller are at the bottom of this page.

What is collected

None by the site itself: it has no form and no cookies. If you click the email link, the phone number or WhatsApp, the conversation continues in your own app, outside this site.

Why, and on what basis

The message you send that way arrives in Angie Roma’s mailbox or on her phone. It is used solely to answer your question or to arrange an appointment. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in being able to reply to you.

For how long

Messages are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request, and at most two years. After that they are deleted.

Cookies and visitor statistics

This site sets no cookies at all, whether for advertising, tracking or statistics, and uses no visitor analytics. Nor does it load anything from third-party servers: no fonts, no scripts and no external content.

No map is embedded in the site. The “Directions” link on the contact page opens Google Maps in a new tab: nothing reaches Google until you click it.

Who has access

• Angie Roma, to read and answer your messages
• The site’s hosting provider, which technically stores and serves the pages

No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, have it rectified or erased, or object to the processing. An email to info@angieroma.be is enough. If you feel your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

The services described on this site are offered by Linkup Solutions BV, which is also the data controller for your data. Its registered office is at Paapsemlaan 20/L22, 1070 Anderlecht. Company and VAT number: BE 0811.913.754. That address is purely administrative and not open to visitors: sessions take place at the practice, Diepenbeemd 6, 1650 Beersel.
